Tasked with designing, art directing, and project managing to bring chef Justin Thompson’s first cookbook from dream to a giant stack of boxes on the back of a delivery truck. Together with talented photographer Valerie Wei-Haas, we created a book design that was crisp, clean, and fresh like newly-plucked celery stalks.
