“OMG count me in, I have always wanted to do a cookbook!” was all I could say when asked by renown restauranteur Justin Thompson to help guide his idea from concept to reality. With amazing photography by Wei Haas Creative, I was able to design a sleek, modern, and approachable cookbook while also acting as project manager, book broker, and even writing editor!
